Below you will find a hyper link to an MP3 file.  This file is a clip from the BeeGees song "The New York Mining Disaster 1941" performed by the BeeGees in the late 60's.  To activate this link you will need Windows Media player, or some other player capable of playing MP3 files.  When you click on it, choose open and not save to alow the song to play. The idea here is for you the visitor to hear what the original song sounded like.  After listening to the song, click on the midi player and play the midi version of the same song.  While you listen, imagine a POW saying these words to Bob Jones from the DPMO, who is always denying the existence of LIVE POW's.
I have also reworded the title of the song to reflect a different meaning, related to the plight of our POW's as opposed to the original song about the plight of the mining disaster.

What the BeeGees song sounded like

U.S. Gov't Personnel Disaster 1961-75
(put to the music of the BeeGees N.Y. Mining Disaster 1941)

In the event of something happening to me,
there is something I would like you all to see.
It is a photograph of someone that we knew.

Have you seen my Life, Mr. Jones?
I don't know what it's like on the outside?
Don't go talking too loud, cause I won't be denied, Mr. Jones.

I keep straining my ears to hear a sound.
Maybe someone is soon to come around,
or have they given up and all gone home to bed,
thinking those who once existed must be dead.

Have you seen my Life, Mr. Jones?
I don't know what it's like on the outside?
Don't go talking too loud, cause I won't be denied, Mr. Jones.

In the event of something happening to me,
there is something I would like you all to see.
It is a photograph of someone that we knew.

Have you seen my Life, Mr. Jones?
I don't know what it's like on the outside?
Don't go talking too loud, cause I won't be denied, Mr. Jones.
